Each Alexa Jo piece is made to order, therefore, we do not accept returns. At this time we are not accepting exchanges due to the nature of the garments and the current health issues. So please pay close attention to our sizing chart.  

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
