At Alexa Jo, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted with quality and intention. We want you to love your purchase, and we're committed to making your experience as seamless as possible.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date for store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, self-tanner, or other stains
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned with the original hygienic liner fully intact (if applicable)
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Alexa Jo reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to offer exchanges based on product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you'll receive store credit that never expires.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as Alexa Jo store credit.

Store credit is issued once your return has been received and inspected and may be used toward any future purchase.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Promotional purchases marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories
  • Limited-edition collections
  • Items purchased during warehouse or sample sales

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email contactus@alexa-jo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Alexa Jo is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email contactus@alexa-jo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request is approved, you'll receive return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
